How can I cancel or rebook my trip / booking?
If you need to cancel or rebook a trip, all you need to do is contact our hotline and let us know.
Is the cancellation or rebooking free of charge?
If you cancel or rebook 2 hours before the actual date, so that we can inform our driver in time, it is completely free of charge. Otherwise, we have to charge 50% cancellation fee for the arrival/departure cost.
Can I also get a company invoice for my ride?
Of course it is possible. All you have to do is contact our hotline and leave your details. You will then also receive your invoice promptly via e-mail.
Are there discounts for regular customers?
With more than 8 journeys a month with Lugus Shuttle Service, you have the option of creating a premium customer account with us. You will receive discounts on all future bookings. Please call our hotline for this.
During my last trip with Lugus Shuttle Service I lost items in the vehicle, what do I do?
If you lost or forgot your items while traveling with us, please contact our staff as soon as possible and we will take care of it.
Are the fares really fixed or are there additional costs?
At Lugus Shuttle Service, we only work with fixed prices. We do not charge for waiting time or kilometers per hour. You will receive a fixed price for each ride. Tipping the driver is of course optional.
What are your working hours?
We are available 24 hours, 7 days of the week. As promised : always there for you.
When should I book a ride?
Ideally, it’s best to book a ride 48 hours in advance in order to secure a seat especially in high-demand periods.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, V pay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, Union Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
